Tardis in Parliament Square this morning. Probably there to help commuters hit by the close of the Waterloo and City line and most of the Central line. So all those commuters can get to work before they set off from home!
No sign off Mr. Capaldi when I went past, but presumably he will appear at some point for photo ops with the wonderful backdrops of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and large numbers of excitable tourists.
