Various glimpses of St Paul's on the way in to work and then to and from Borough market at lunchtime to buy some more Italian chilli in sunflower oil.
Fabulous tasting stuff from Pizzo in Calabria, southern Italy. Bought some around five weeks ago and we were running low.
Last time we bought the last one available on the stall. Today there was a fresh delivery so bought two, at £6 a jar. Result!

Got to the part where it says eating 11 homemade lunches or dinners is good for you, then got a case of the giggles (and strange looks from the folk in th National Theatre). Think they meant per week rather than per day.
